The Riverside County Coroner's Bureau has identified a man who died as a result of a motorcycle collision in Palm Springs earlier this week.
Robert Kerman, 71, of Palm Desert, died Wednesday at the Desert Regional Medical Center as a result of the collision at the intersection of E. Amado Road and N. Hermosa Drive, according to the bureau.
Palm Springs Police arrived at the scene shortly before 9:30 p.m. and closed the road until 5 a.m. Thursday, according to the department. Little information has been released about the crash, which remains under investigation.
