Series of Burglaries in Tulare:

In Tulare County, California, a 14-year-old boy was arrested twice while authorities continue to search for other suspects involved in a string of burglaries committed over the past two months, according to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office. On July 30, authorities responded to multiple burglaries at three businesses: AKal Travel Plaza in Delano, La Princesa Bakery in Richgrove, and Cesi's Cafe in Alpaugh. Four masked suspects, one armed with a handgun, stole vehicles that they later crashed into the businesses. They made off with cash and items before abandoning the vehicles, which were found burned in Kern County. During the investigation, police arrested Dencio Cantorna Jr., 20, and a 14-year-old boy from Delano. The teenager was released into his mother’s custody after being held at the Tulare County Juvenile Detention Center. Almost a month later, the boy was arrested again after being identified as one of the suspects who broke into two businesses, Tipton Dollar General and a Valero gas station in Earlimart, where they stole a large amount of cash. This second arrest also linked him to vehicle theft and other charges. Authorities are still searching for the other suspects involved. Anyone with information is urged to contact Sergeant John Nicholson or Detective Adam Muller from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.
