A 29-year-old man, Ceferino Ramos, from Santa Ana, has been charged with several serious crimes following a hit-and-run accident that occurred on Sunday in Garden Grove. The incident happened when Angela Hernández Mejía and her partner were riding bicycles and transporting their children in trailers, just a few meters from their home. The 6-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son are in critical condition, while their 8-month-old daughter has stabilized after the accident.
