On Thursday, Ventura City fire personnel responded to a traffic collision that resulted in two injuries when a car crashed into a home. According to the Ventura City Fire Department (VCFD), two people were trapped in a vehicle that had broken through a garage wall and electrical panels, exposing live wires.
The VCFD received assistance from AMR, the Ventura Police Department, and the Ventura Building and Safety Department to extricate both injured individuals from the vehicle within a 15-minute timeframe.
One injured person received on-site treatment while the other was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries, as explained by the VCFD.
