Tragedy Strikes Reedley
In a chilling turn of events, a California neighborhood in Reedley was shaken by the discovery of four deceased individuals this week, leading to the arrest of a teenager and two adults. The Reedley Police Department reported that a 17-year-old boy has been apprehended and charged with four counts of homicide, sending shockwaves through the community.
The investigation also resulted in the arrest of the teenager's mother, 34-year-old Brynn Curtis, and her boyfriend, 21-year-old Rafael Gonzalez. Both Curtis and Gonzalez face charges of being accessories after the fact, implicating their involvement in the gruesome incident.
The tragic incident unfolded last Saturday when authorities found the lifeless bodies of 81-year-old Billy Bonds, 44-year-old Guadalupe Bonds, and an unidentified third person at a residence. Adding to the perplexity of the case, on Tuesday, during a search of the neighboring home, police discovered a fourth victim.
As part of the ongoing investigation, officers executed search warrants at two other locations, one in Parlier, California, and another in Selma, California, resulting in the impoundment of two vehicles. One of the central figures in this harrowing case is Matthew Bonds, who is the husband of Guadalupe Bonds. However, authorities have not yet confirmed whether the body discovered on Tuesday morning belongs to him.
This tragic incident has left the community in shock and disbelief, as they grapple with the disturbing circumstances surrounding the quadruple homicide.
