Tragedy in San Mateo
A man traveling on a motorcycle tragically lost his life last Saturday in a fatal accident that occurred on State Highway 1, near El Granada, according to the report issued by the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. The scene witnessed a desperate attempt to save the motorcyclist by a volunteer firefighter who was in the area. Despite his efforts, the motorcyclist did not survive the serious injuries sustained in the impact.
