Tragedy in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Two teenagers, Elias and Sarah Cruz, tragically lost their lives in a single-car accident in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The incident occurred when the driver of a white Ford Mustang, traveling westbound, lost control at the intersection of Wilson and Haven Avenue. The car first collided with an electric power pole before striking a tree. Both Elias, aged 17, and Sarah, aged 15, were pronounced dead at the scene. Another 17-year-old male passenger, whose injuries were not life-threatening, was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The Los Osos High School, attended by the victims, has confirmed their identities. The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department is investigating the crash and urges anyone with information to come forward.
