In a harrowing incident on Tuesday morning, the driver of a two-door car miraculously escaped without injuries after a collision left the vehicle trapped beneath a semitrailer on the 210 Freeway in Pasadena, according to authorities.
The accident took place on the westbound section of the freeway, in close proximity to Fair Oaks Avenue and the junction with the 134 Freeway.
Footage captured by AIR7 HD revealed the front portion of the car crumpled beneath the massive rig's trailer, with the car's windshield and sunroof completely shattered.
As of 6:30 a.m., both vehicles remained on the freeway, though traffic was smoothly flowing in both the eastbound and westbound lanes.
