Tragic Death in East Los Angeles

A woman in Southern California was arrested on Friday, accused of killing her 4-year-old daughter, as reported by authorities. The incident took place late Thursday night in East Los Angeles when deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to a business parking lot.
