In Temecula Valley, California, the local Highway Patrol is actively investigating a hit-and-run incident that took place on Friday morning at the intersection of Murrieta Hot Springs Road and the southbound I-15 Freeway. The event unfolded shortly after 8 a.m. when multiple witnesses dialed 911 to report two vehicles engaged in a high-speed pursuit heading southbound on I-15 near the French Valley Parkway.
