In Glendale, a frightening eight-car pileup occurred when a driver suffered a medical emergency and passed out behind the wheel.
The incident, which happened on Thursday morning, was captured by at least two dashcams. The driver in a white car had a medical emergency and sideswiped one vehicle.
Despite passing out, the car continued moving, hitting six other vehicles at the intersection of Glenoaks and Brand boulevards.
Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported among the occupants of the vehicles involved in the crash. The driver who caused the crash was unharmed in the collision but was taken to the hospital for the medical emergency that led to the accident.
