A Modesto resident driving a Kia Optima collided with a Stockton resident operating a Ford Fiesta within the intersection. Emergency services rushed the male driver of the Ford Fiesta to a nearby hospital in critical condition, sustaining severe injuries from the collision. Conversely, the female driver of the Kia Optima suffered injuries deemed non-life-threatening.
