Clovis Intersection Horror
In a recent incident on New Year's Eve, a young individual was struck by a vehicle, as reported by the Clovis Police Department. The incident unfolded when multiple 911 calls began pouring in on Sunday evening, alerting authorities about an injury collision that had occurred at the intersection of Fowler and Shaw avenues.
According to the police report, a male juvenile was attempting to cross the street when he was struck by a car. The impact was significant enough to temporarily close down the entire intersection. Promptly responding to the scene, emergency personnel transported the injured juvenile to the hospital on Sunday. Fortunately, a positive update emerged on Monday, with the police confirming that the young victim is now in stable condition.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the incident remained at the scene and is cooperating fully with law enforcement officers. Preliminary investigations have not indicated any involvement of drugs or alcohol in the accident.
