Accident on Highway 101
In the early hours of Saturday, a tragic accident shook Highway 101 in Ventura, California, leaving a devastating toll: two deceased individuals and a driver arrested for suspected felony vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence. The impact was so severe that the two occupants of the Nissan, whose identities have not yet been released by authorities, lost their lives at the scene of the accident. Emergency and rescue teams worked intensively, but unfortunately, they were unable to save the victims.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Volkswagen, whose identity is also pending official release, was arrested on-site on suspicion of causing the tragedy due to alleged driving under the influence of alcohol.
