A tragic accident during a training session in California claimed the life of a young marine from South Carolina. Marine Corps Lance Corporal Jackson J. Forringer, 20, died in the line of duty while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Authorities are investigating the incident and full military funeral services will be held in his hometown.
