Managing Attorney Workers' Compensation Practice Group: Andrew McCabe

Andrew (Andy) McCabe has been practicing workers’ compensation law since 2006.  Before joining the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth, Andy spent his entire career representing workers’ compensation insurance companies and self-insured employers defending workers’ compensation claims, including most recently with a prominent state-wide defense firm.  Andy has since decided to focus his legal efforts on helping injured workers navigate California’s complex workers’ compensation system.

With his knowledge of the tactics defense firms use, Andy knows how to help his clients obtain the compensation they deserve.  He is a certified workers’ compensation specialist in the state of California.  While studying law, Andy had an internship with both the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office.

Andy is based in San Francisco and handles cases in San Francisco, Oakland, and throughout the bay area.
