A car crash on the westbound lanes of Highway 50 near the Harbor Boulevard exit in West Sacramento caused traffic congestion Thursday morning, according to California Highway Patrol records.
Police and emergency medical services responded to the scene. Caltrans traffic cameras showed that some lanes were blocked as of 10:50 a.m., but all lanes have since been reopened.
