A cyclist was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in Dinuba on Monday afternoon, reported the Dinuba Police Department.
Officers say they were dispatched to the 400 block of East El Monte Way in Dinuba for a traffic collision involving a vehicle and a cyclist around 3:40 p.m.
Upon arrival, police say the cyclist was being attended to by EMS. He was transported by ambulance to a local hospital in critical condition.
According to officers, the driver remained at the scene. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to have been a factor in this collision.
