Immigration Attorney: Erin Xue
Erin Xue earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2020. In 2017, she studied as an exchange student at Drake University Law School in the United States. She went on to earn her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2022.
Before beginning her legal career in the United States, Erin worked as an attorney at a law firm in China, handling various legal matters. She joined the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth in 2022 and currently practices as an Immigration Attorney.
Erin represents clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including EB-1, L-1, H-1B, NIW, U visas, marriage-based green cards, adjustment of status applications, and naturalization. She brings experience in both employment-based and family-based immigration cases, guiding clients through complex U.S. immigration procedures with professionalism and care.
She is admitted to the State Bar of California and holds a Lawyer’s Practice Certificate in China. Erin Xue is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
