Ｗorkers' Compensation Attorney: Daniel Dailey

Mr. Dailey earned his law degree at Golden Gate University School of Law, located in San Francisco.
After graduation, Mr. Dailey moved back to his hometown of Los Angeles and worked as a criminal
defense attorney for a short time. Thereafter, Mr. Dailey blindly went into worker’s compensation and
never looked back.

Mr. Dailey gained valuable experience and exposure to a variety of cases while working as a defense
attorney for 12 years with a prominent law firm. During this time, Mr. Dailey learned the ropes of being
a defense attorney. Mr. Dailey then moved to Sacramento to become a managing attorney.

After taking some time off due to a medical condition, Mr. Dailey return to workers comp, this time
applying his vast knowledge of the system to the benefit of injured workers. Mr. Dailey has over 20
years’ experience as a workers’ compensation attorney and he applies that skill to each client he has.
From simple finger injuries to complex injuries, Mr. Dailey has seen it all and takes great pride in his
knowledge and understanding of comp to bring the best resolution to each client.

Spare time is spent with his wife of over 25 years and his 3 children. He’s an avid sports fan and recently
starting playing fantasy football and hockey to the detriment of his wife and kids.
