Shocking Incident in California
Shocking footage captured by a doorbell camera in California shows the dramatic moment a car flies through the air and crashes into a house last week. The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. on April 4 in Jurupa Valley, California, as reported by Storyful. The video clearly shows a black sedan speeding down a residential street before losing control, hitting the curb, and launching over two parked vans in the driveway. The vehicle eventually crashes into the garage door of the house, landing on top of one of the vans.
The impact caused "significant damage" to the home, according to the Riverside County Fire Department as reported by Storyful. Despite the violence of the crash, the driver managed to safely exit the vehicle. Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene and transported the driver to the hospital with injuries described as "minor to moderate" by the fire department.
Fortunately, no one inside the house was injured during the accident. Richard Hernandez, who provided the doorbell camera footage to Storyful, explained that the driver was apparently attempting a high-speed left turn before losing control and crashing into the house.
This shocking video serves as a reminder of the dangers of speeding and losing control behind the wheel, as well as the importance of road safety at all times.
